Species counts are identical to luxury tours — the only difference is accommodation comfort. Budget tours are ideal for solo or small-group birders focused entirely on the birds rather than lodge comforts.
Mid-Range Tours (USD 250 to 400 per person per day)
Mid-range tours use comfortable lodges and bandas within or adjacent to national parks, private 4WD vehicles, all meals included and an experienced certified guide. This is our most popular price tier and delivers an excellent balance of comfort and value. Most 7-day and 10-day Uganda birding tours fall in this range.
Luxury Tours (USD 400 to 700+ per person per day)
Luxury Uganda birding tours use the finest lodges — Bwindi Lodge, Primate Lodge Kibale, Chobe Safari Lodge at Murchison — with private guides, private vehicles and bespoke species-targeting.
